Please use the USB cable provided and plug into the port located at the bottom of the battery. Do not connect a cartridge to the battery while charging and do not attempt to use it while charging.

We do not sell products to unlicensed dispensaries. If you want to confirm further, we recommend you email customerservice@churchcannabis.co We take counterfeit products very seriously, and would be delighted to assist you. The best way to avoid scams and counterfeits is to only shop from legal dispensaries and delivery services. Weedmaps.com and Leafly.com are great resources that only list licensed retailers.

We warranty all manufactured defective products directly through the licensed dispensary or provisioning center you received it from. The dispensary or provisioning center provides an exchange to you and we provide a replacement item directly to them on their next scheduled delivery. If you receive any resistance or hesitation while trying to exchange a defective product, please show them this message. They can address any questions or concerns directly with their Church Sales Representative. It’s against State and Federal law for us to ship products directly to consumers.
